Project description

The city of Harzgerode, together with seecon engineers, prepared an energy-related neighbourhood concept as a basis for the work of the ESM (energetic redevelopment management) in the run-up to the ESM. Within the framework of the ESM, 3 feasibility studies were initially prepared, which roughly correspond to service phase 2 according to HOAI. The subject of the feasibility studies is the construction of a new vitality centre with a teaching swimming pool and a neighbourhood meeting place, the construction of a climate-friendly car park for the users of the industrial and commercial area and the residents, and the creation of the Park of Generations. The activities of the ESM include technical planning services, project management, advice on climate-friendly urban development and the establishment of innovative concepts and operator models for energy supply, including the acquisition and management of funding.
