Project description

The Free State of Thuringia is carrying out the FFH monitoring in the period 2019-2024. In addition to the 4 lots for mapping services, lot 1 for the coordination of the FFH monitoring has been awarded. The seecon engineers were awarded the contract for lot 1. Core tasks for seecon are:

- Organisational contact (organisation of the local announcement before the start of the mapping work, updating of the standards of the FFH monitoring; provision of completed individual case problem solutions; presentation of interim results; organisation of public and information events.

- Project management (agreement on work steps and time schedules; regular reports on the progress of the project; project meetings of all participants)

- Quality assurance (enforcement of uniform standards, spot checks and documentation of field work, creation of a database for inputting, checking and further processing of mapping results; checking of all interim and final reports; checking of inputs in FIS Naturschutz)
