DE - Project description: The development plan for the "Semiramis Industrial Park" will open up an industrial estate of approx. 30 ha net commercial area in the south of Lübeck. Due to the location of the site in the area of a former orchard, extensive requirements with regard to nature and species protection, possible supply and disposal, and immission control had to be taken into account.
