A new district with residential and commercial development is planned.\n<p>A detailed report on the explosive ordnance situation was prepared by M&amp;P experts.<\/p>\n<p>This includes the basic investigation with detailed historical research of the development of the site, as well as the risk assessment for various future construction works.
