Nature

In the context of approval procedures, we offer a wide range of nature conservation expert opinions. These include both landscape planning and species protection services, which we offer in interdisciplinary projects with client-oriented solutions:

  • Environmental impact studies and feasibility studies
  • Landscape conservation plans and impact compensation assessments
  • Greening plans and environmental reports (if necessary, in cooperation with the area City and Space)
  • FFH and SPA compatibility and exception assessments
  • Species protection expert reports incl. applications for exemptions and exceptions
  • Species protection planning of measures incl. recording and relocation of species, compensation and area planning as well as area search incl. suitability assessment and coordination
  • Floristic, biotope and habitat type mapping carried out in-house; faunistic mapping carried out in-house and in cooperation with specialists, mapping can be carried out for all species relevant to planning.
  • Ecological construction supervision (2 certificates for special expertise in environmental construction supervision)
  • Landscape management implementation planning (work phases 1 to 9)
  • Project management (if necessary in cooperation with the Project Management Office (PMO))
